NUMBER OF YEARS RACING: AR, off and on since 2007

AVG. HRS SPENT TRAINING PER WEEK: 14 hrs. Run Cross Country/Track practice (6-8 miles), then bike 8 hilly miles home, then pullups, situps, pushups.

GOALS FOR 2011: Compete in Blue Ridge, his first real adventure race.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

• 1st place in 2007 YMCA Challenge Four Youth Adventure Race with my sister and dad.
• 11th overall in 2011 Blue Ridge Adventure Race. (First adult adventure race).

FAVORITE INDULGENCE:

NON-ADVENTURE RACING ACTIVITIES: Saltwater aquarium, raising chickens, chilling.

• 2006, Started raising Forester Bearded Dragons --High adventure pets for high adventure people.
• 2007, Did the YMCA Challenge Four Youth Race with my sister Amber and dad (Jack)
• 2010, Ran the mile in Track for North Forsyth Middle School

• 2011, Ran long distance in Track for NFHS
• 2011, As my first "real" adventure race with Team ROC Gear, I took on the Blue Ridge Adventure Race
