• 02/19/2009: Team ROC Gear/4LPH4 1337 rocked the Valentine's Day mock race, somehow convincing 3 first-timers to give up their day of love to come suffer in the woods with us at Fort Mountain.
• 01/09/2009: Holy Crap! Team ROC Gear/4LPH4 1337 is producing a 24-hour race.
  The Atomic Adventure Race will be held on May 16th, 2009 at Amicalola Falls State Park, Dawsonville, GA. Unsupported teams of 2 and 3 will hike, bike, and paddle using map and compass through a course fraught with challenges that will test their athletic and mental prowess. Strategy, teamwork, and willpower will be tested as teams race to see who crosses the finish line first. Club discounts, prizes, schwag, and a beautiful host location.

• 11/19/2008: 4LPH4 1337 received our final points for the USARA ranking system. We accrued 164 points and ranked 14th out of 381 ranked teams.
• 11/18/2008: Due to work/family commitments, Phillip has decided to drop from the racing lineup.
• 11/12/2008: Team ROC Gear/4LPH4 1337 places 29th in elite category, 35th overall at the USARA National Championships. Reviews here.
• 11/03/2008: With the last weekend of training complete, Josh, Joanna, and Jordan of Team ROC Gear/4LPH4 1337 are preparing for the USARA National Championship race on Nov. 7th-8th.
• 11/03/2008: Team ROC Gear/4LPH4 1337 showed off their wheels at Callaway Gardens Twilight 10K. Jordan and Michael swept the 25-29 category, Jordan breaking 40 and placing 2nd overall. Joanna and Laura placed 3rd and 2nd in their respective categories, everybody in the top 50, with 386 in the race.

• 09/21/2008: Josh places 1st/45 in the Yellow Course, 2nd/11 (by 3 seconds!) on the Green Course at the Red Top Mountain Orienteering Meet. Jack and Jordan had a fun time. Jack so much that he came back the next day placing 10th/21 on the competitive Red Course.

• 08/22/2008: 4LPH4 1337 welcomes Enid Gonzalez to the team!
• 08/18/2008: Jack and Josh competed in the Fool's Gold 50-mile and 100-mile mountain bike races respectively. Jack finished 122/159 and Josh finished 15/37. Results.
• 08/13/2008: 4LPH4 1337 to hold an Introduction to Adventure Racing Clinic at Reality Bikes (Google Map) on Thursday, Sept. 4th, at 7:30pm. Free swag for attending offered by the Trailblazers Adventure Racing Club.
• 08/06/2008: The team shoot went well, we had a 30+ mile ride in the Bull Mountain area, and took a ton of photos in the process.

• 02/19/2008: Congratulations go to Jack for representing 4LPH4 1337 with his back-to-back wins at the Georgia Orienteering Club Gold Branch meet. He swept a field of 16 on the Yellow course and returned immediately to place first out of 12 on the orange course. Josh took fifth out of 12 on the Red course at his first O-meet. Results.
• 02/10/2008: Recruit Eric Hile joins us for CP0 to serve as Jack's replacement.
• 02/01/2008: Due to a foot condition that has flared up, Jack is pulling out of CP0. We will look to replace him to remain in the elite category for the race.
